Recruitment Resourcer

Fawkes & Reece are expanding - and we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcers to join our London team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for live vacancies
• Advertising roles across job boards and recruitment platforms
• Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, availability and career goals
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate database
• Developing relationships with candidates and keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process
• Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates
• Using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other sourcing methods to identify talent

You'll ideally have:

• Strong communication and people skills
• A confident telephone manner
• Resilience and motivation to achieve targets
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• A proactive approach to finding and engaging candidates
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
