Recruitment Resourcer

The Results People are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team in Warrington, supporting our clients and their operations.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you’ll play a key role in helping clients find the right people for their warehouse operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirements
• Supporting our clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment service
• Sourcing candidates using a range of tools (CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.)
• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding
• Registering new candidates and ensuring all compliance is up to date
• Supporting the team with general recruitment administration

What we offer:

• Full-time, or part-time available
• Salary depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
• Full training and resources provided to support your development

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable (minimum 6 months), but not essential
• Driving licence is required
• Cantonese speaking applicants preferred, as the role involves communicating with Cantonese-speaking customers/clients
