East Grinstead | £25,000-£28,000 DOE | Full-time, office based

Knightwood Associates is an established recruitment company with an enviable reputation within the construction and housebuilding sector. Due to increased activity from our predominantly blue-chip clients, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our South Thames office.

Working alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants, you'll play an important role in sourcing candidates and supporting the recruitment process from initial contact through to interview, offer and acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media and our internal database
• Speaking with candidates by telephone, email and social media
• Building strong candidate relationships
• Handling advert responses and arranging interviews
• Following candidates through the recruitment process
• Formatting CVs and maintaining accurate records
• Providing administration and sales support to the recruitment team

About you
We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, ambitious and commercially minded. Previous recruitment, sales, resourcing or sales administration experience would be beneficial, particularly within construction, housebuilding or property, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

You'll need excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the confidence to pick up the phone. Most importantly, you'll be driven by achieving results and motivated to develop your career and increase your earning potential.

Salary: £25,000-£28,000 DOE + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Location: East Grinstead - fully office based
Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays + one additional day around your birthday

You must be within a realistic commuting distance of East Grinstead and able to work from the office five days a week.
