What you do need is the right attitude.

We're looking for people who:

Enjoy speaking to people and building relationships.

Have excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.

Have customer service, sales or B2B experience (desirable but not essential).

Are motivated by targets and achieving results.

Enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

Aren't afraid of hard work and understand that effort brings rewards.

Bring energy, positivity and personality into the workplace.

We'll teach you the recruitment bit.

What you'll be doing

Your journey will begin as a Recruitment Resourcer.

During your first 12 months you'll learn how to:

Source high-quality candidates.

Screen and interview applicants.

Match candidates to client vacancies.

Manage compliance and candidate onboarding.

Build talent pools across the construction sector.

Support experienced consultants with filling temporary and permanent vacancies.

Once you've mastered candidate management, you'll progress into a Recruitment Consultant role where you'll:

Develop relationships with new and existing clients.

Win new business through telephone, marketing and face-to-face meetings.

Manage your own client portfolio.

Negotiate and fill vacancies.

Build a reputation as a trusted recruitment specialist.

Throughout your journey you'll receive ongoing coaching and training in:

Sales techniques

Business development

Client management

Negotiation

Recruitment best practice

Full recruitment lifecycle

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:45pm

Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
