Location: Office-based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £25,480 + Commission (following successful completion of probation)

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for live vacancies.
• Speaking with candidates daily by phone and building lasting relationships.
• Managing candidate availability, interviews and recruitment pipelines.
• Working closely with consultants to deliver excellent results for clients.
• Making outbound calls using your work phone, both in and out of the office.
• Keeping our recruitment systems organised and up to date.
• Taking ownership of your workload and helping solve problems as they arise.
