SJ Sourcing is looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team!

Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, determination and willingness to learn.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying, attracting and engaging suitable candidates for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through CV-Library, job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

• Proactively contacting candidates to discuss new job opportunities.

• Conducting initial telephone screenings to assess suitability, experience and availability.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.

• Writing and posting engaging job adverts.

• Managing candidate applications and keeping our recruitment database up to date.

• Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Working closely with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and fill vacancies.

• Developing a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities.

Recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential. Experience in sales, customer service, administration or other people-focused roles would also be welcomed.
