The Opportunity

We’ve recently won a large new recruitment contract and, due to the additional demand, we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys finding great people, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll play an important role in supporting our consultants with candidate sourcing, screening and engagement, helping us deliver against a significant new contract while also supporting our wider recruitment activity.

You don't necessarily need previous recruitment experience — we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and drive to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other recruitment channels.

• Searching for candidates using Boolean and targeted search techniques.

• Reviewing CVs and identifying candidates who match our clients' requirements.

• Conducting initial candidate screening calls and telephone interviews.

• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of suitable candidates.

• Contacting candidates about relevant opportunities and keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.

• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with candidate shortlists and candidate management.

• Maintaining accurate candidate records on our CRM.

• Advertising vacancies and managing responses.

• Helping to ensure roles are filled quickly and effectively.

• Developing your recruitment knowledge and understanding of the markets we work in.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Naturally curious – you enjoy finding people and uncovering information.

• Confident and personable – you're comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to new people.

• Organised – you can manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

• Resilient and determined – you're not easily discouraged when a candidate says no!

• Tech-savvy – comfortable learning new systems and using LinkedIn, job boards and recruitment technology.

• A great communicator – both written and verbally.

• Driven and enthusiastic – you want to learn, develop and be part of a growing business.

Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is desirable but not essential. We’re happy to consider someone from a sales, customer service, administration or similar background who has the right attitude and wants to develop a career in recruitment.
