Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to support hiring across a growing Engineering business. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting and engaging talented candidates for both site based and office based positions. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will help ensure recruitment needs are met efficiently while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

You will be working in the wider Talent and HR team to ensure projects are sufficiently staffed. This role will be based in East London with some travel required to other London offices.
Key Details:
  • Starting salary £30-35k depending on experience
  • Hybrid working 3 in office 2 from home
  • Benefits package including 25 days holiday + BH
  • Working hours 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday
  • Holiday buy back scheme
Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking
  • Sourcing for a variety of job roles including labourers, electricians as well as more senior positions
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
  • Create and manage job adverts across recruitment platforms
  • Conduct initial screening calls and candidate assessments
  • Work closely with the wider team and hiring managers
  • Support recruitment campaigns and workforce planning activities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Experience Needed:
  • Previous recruitment or resourcing experience either internally or from agency
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, infrastructure or similar fast paced sectors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems, ATS and job boards
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
