Solution Search are currently looking to grow their busy recruitment team.

Solution Recruitment have a strong presence within the construction industry. This will allow the right individuals to develop in their recruitment career.

We have a new office, which includes a free gym, cafe and exceptional facilities.

You will

• Working closely across the construction sector with the other Consultants
• Sourcing candidates for roles
• Mapping out companies/contacts on the CRM system
• Assisting with setting up events
• Networking face-to-face and virtually
• Create a strong LinkedIn presence
• Updating details on the database ensuring accurate entry

What would be expected

• Confidence speaking with clients and candidates via phone/email
• Motivated to succeed and aim towards becoming a consultant
• Can think outside the box and adapt with working with various candidates and clients.
• Have the ability to multitask
