Location: Warrington / Hybrid
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Commission / Bonus

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and driven individual to join our growing recruitment team as a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start a career in recruitment, develop their sales and communication skills, and build a successful career within a fast-paced, rewarding industry.
Working closely with experienced consultants, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and engaging top talent, while learning the full recruitment lifecycle with the opportunity to progress into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant role.

No previous recruitment experience is necessary. We are more interested in your attitude, work ethic, personality and willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment platforms.
• Proactively contact candidates to discuss opportunities and assess their suitability.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Write engaging job adverts and candidate profiles.
• Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate database records.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Support consultants with business development and client requirements.
• Develop an understanding of the market, industry and recruitment processes.
• Work towards agreed targets and KPIs, with the opportunity to earn commission as your skills develop.
