Are you a Recruitment professional but unsure if you want to work for a Recruitment consultancy as a Recruitment Consultant or move inhouse and become an inhouse Talent Acquisition Manager?

Well with us, you have the best of both Worlds! We work for our HR Clients as inhouse Talent Managers (but from our office) and are set up in the same way that Recruitment Consultancies are. 

Our motivation is to find the BEST person for the job and not to put a bum on a seat.  Our HR team help us out in the process, when required, to draft job descriptions, influence the business and manage the onboarding process.

We are seeking a driven, tenacious and hungry Recruitment Professional to help grow the recruitment part of our HR Outsourcing business. 

You will be a character who is aware, that what drives you, is winning new business, then finding that new client a perfect candidate for their role, their team and their business! It's not about commission for you, its about wanting to serve your clients and our business really well and that is what makes you brilliant at what you do!
