Recruitment Team Manager - Manchester

We are still continuing to grow and part of this growth is the expansion of the team in our Manchester office where we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join us.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to lead and shape a team of experienced Construction & Facilities Management recruiters within a nationally respected business. Your impact/duties as a Recruitment Team Manager:

  • Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
  • Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations, taking a hands on approach to recruitment, candidate sourcing and client requirements
  • Leadership & Team Building: Be able to lead the development of an established team, providing hands on leadership and coaching to members of staff
  • Talent Development: Identify strengths and development areas within the team, supporting career progression and helping to build the next generation of recruitment leaders
  • Strategy & Development: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that support the continued growth of the Manchester office and wider business
  • Brand Growth: Be the face of Daniel Owen in the Manchester area, promoting the brand with professionalism and integrity

The Ideal Candidate for a Recruitment Team Manager:

  • Proven Professional: Proven experience in construction recruitment with a strong understanding of the industry and a track record of billing success
  • Leadership Experience: Managerial qualities allowing you to build, manage and develop a high performing team around you
  • Excellent Communicator: Posses brilliant communication skills face-to-face and via email to allow for new clients and business growth
  • Motivator and Ambitious: Inspire others and aspire to progress into a Senior Managerial level role
  • Decision-Maker: You're not afraid to take the initiative and adapt to fast changing priorities
