Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting Recycling Operatives to join a busy waste and recycling operation covering the Sutton area.

This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals seeking ongoing work with immediate starts available.

Weekend availability is essential as this role includes weekend working on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting members of the public with recycling and waste disposal.

• Ensuring recyclable materials are sorted correctly.

• Keeping the recycling centre clean, organised and safe.

• Helping customers locate the correct disposal areas.

• Carrying out general housekeeping duties across the site.

• Promoting safe working practices and environmental awareness.

• Reporting any site issues or hazards promptly.

• Working effectively as part of a busy team.

Requirements

• Previous experience within recycling, labouring, warehouse or customer service is desirable but not essential.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Weekend availability is essential.

• A full UK driving licence is advantageous to support cover across Sutton, Kingston and Croydon sites.
