• £100 Bonus after completion of 4 weeks
• Monday – Friday, 0700hrs – 1700hrs
• OT paid after 46.25hrs

Smart Solutions is currently hiring Recycling Operatives to join a busy and well-established recycling facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to make a positive impact by supporting sustainable recycling operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Picking selected recyclable materials from a moving conveyor belt.
• Separating materials into the correct chutes for further recycling.
• Carrying out general site duties and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
• Cleaning machinery and work areas as required.
• Helping to maximise quality and recovery rates throughout the recycling process.
• Following all site health and safety procedures and always wearing the required PPE.

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a reliable attitude.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a recycling, warehouse, or production environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
