Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are one of the UK's leading facilities management specialists, delivering refrigeration maintenance services across major commercial / retail estates nationwide.

Salary & Benefits

Salary - £45,000 to £48,000 basic
OTE - £55,000 - £60,000
On Call Standby - £195 per week (1 in 4 weeks)
Working Week - 40 hours, overtime payable for time over contracted hours

The Role:

  • Carry out planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across supermarket sites
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on refrigeration systems
  • Complete PPMs and reactive works during scheduled store visits
  • Work on CO₂ refrigeration pack systems
  • Undertake minor installations and system alterations where required

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079-1)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in commercial refrigeration maintenance
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
