The Role

As a Refrigeration Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining refrigeration systems across a portfolio of supermarket and retail sites throughout your designated area.

Your duties will include:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive breakdown repairs
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Working on CO₂ refrigeration pack systems
• Minor installations and equipment upgrades
• Ensuring customers receive a first-class service

This is a well-organised contract with clear expectations, strong support from management, and a sensible on-call rota.

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079-1)
• Commercial refrigeration experience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Experience with supermarket refrigeration or CO₂ systems would be highly advantageous, although additional training can be provided for the right engineer.
