Our client is a market leader in industrial Refrigeration and HVAC-designing, installing and maintaining complex, high-spec systems across Ireland. They're growing fast and adding experienced engineers to the Cork-based team covering Greater Cork and Munster.
This is hands-on, high-standard work in environments where quality, safety and uptime matter.
The job
You'll be out on large manufacturing and pharmaceutical sites, taking ownership of:
- Installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial refrigeration systems
- Diagnosing faults fast-and fixing them properly (not patching and running)
- Delivering smooth jobs alongside a solid team and professional clients
- Working safely and compliantly in regulated environments (H&S is non-negotiable)
- Keeping service notes and records clear, accurate and on time
You'll fit if you've got
- Fully qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer/Technician
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- 3+ years post-qualification commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience
- Real-world experience on pharma/manufacturing sites
- Strong diagnostics, problem-solving and a "get it sorted" mindset
- Full driving licence (you'll have a company vehicle)
- The ability to work independently-but never like a lone wolf
- Good communication and a professional, customer-first approach
