I’m working with a well-established refrigeration business looking to add an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to their team in the Norwich and surrounding area.
This is a varied role covering both commercial and industrial refrigeration, with work across a range of technically involved systems.
There’s no ammonia, but you will need experience working with hydrocarbon refrigerants.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, including:
- Industrial screw packs
- Blast freezers
- Vapour compression systems
- Hydrocarbon refrigeration systems
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Breakdown and fault-finding work
Requirements
- Strong commercial and industrial refrigeration experience
- Experience with industrial screw packs
- Experience with blast freezers
- Good understanding of vapour compression refrigeration systems
- F-Gas qualification
- Relevant hydrocarbon certification
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Full UK driving licence
- £50,000 basic salary
- Door-to-door travel paid
