A Great Opportunity for a Refrigeration Engineer A growing engineering team is looking to appoint an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to support a portfolio of major supermarket and retail contracts across Bournemouth.
This is a particularly good opportunity for a commercial refrigeration engineer looking to build further experience within the supermarket sector. You'll have exposure to modern CO₂ refrigeration systems, with hydrocarbon refrigerant training available for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities
The role will involve keeping refrigeration systems operating efficiently across supermarket environments, including:
  • Service, maintenance and repair of commercial and supermarket refrigeration systems.
  • Fault finding and responding to refrigeration breakdowns.
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • Working with CO₂ refrigeration equipment.
  • Attending sites as part of the 1-in-4 on-call rota.
  • Completing service reports accurately and maintaining strong customer service standards.
Experience Required We're looking for someone with:
  • Previous experience working within commercial refrigeration.
  • A valid F-Gas qualification.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Previous CO₂ systems experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop knowledge of new refrigeration technologies.
