Join a Growing Refrigeration Team We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting major supermarket and retail contracts across Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for a commercial refrigeration engineer who wants to build their career within the supermarket sector and gain further exposure to modern CO₂ refrigeration systems.
For the right person, there is also the opportunity to receive full training in hydrocarbon refrigerants, helping you broaden your technical skillset and experience with newer refrigeration technologies.

What the Role Involves
Working across supermarket environments, your responsibilities will include:
  • Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial and supermarket refrigeration systems.
  • Carrying out fault finding and attending refrigeration breakdowns.
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • Working with CO₂ refrigeration equipment across supermarket sites.
  • Taking part in the 1-in-4 on-call rota.
  • Completing service reports and ensuring consistently high standards of customer service.
About You We're interested in speaking with engineers who have:
  • Previous experience working within commercial refrigeration.
  • A valid F-Gas Qualification.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience with CO₂ systems would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
