Prism 7 Resourcing are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join our client based in Billericay (CM11), working within the Refuse & Recycling Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, keeping active, and being part of a hardworking team providing an essential service to the local community.
What's on offer?
- £13.12 per hour - Overtime paid @ £19.68
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30am starts

The Role
As a Refuse Loader, you'll be working alongside the collection crew on planned refuse and recycling routes across the Basildon Borough.
Duties include:
- Collecting household refuse and recycling
- Loading bins safely onto collection vehicles
- Working as part of a team to complete daily routes
- Providing a reliable service to local residents
- Following all health & safety procedures
What we're looking for
- Someone who can carry out manual work throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible with finishing times, depending on the day's route
