Pay Rate: £14.13 per hour
Bank Holidays: Double Pay
We're recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy local authority waste collection team based in Kettering.
The Role- Working as part of a refuse collection crew
- Loading household and commercial waste onto collection vehicles
- Assisting the driver and crew to complete daily collection rounds
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Able to work as part of a team
- Previous refuse or outdoor labouring experience is beneficial but not essential
- ✅ £14.13 per hour
- ✅ Monday to Friday work – weekends free
- ✅ 6:00am starts
- ✅ Double pay on Bank Holidays
- ✅ Ongoing, full-time opportunity
- ✅ Weekly pay
