Regional Bids & Marketing Manager

Edinburgh or Glasgow office – Hybrid Working (3 days office, 2 days home)

Up to £54,000 Basic + Excellent Benefits | 12-Month FTC

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading global Professional Services Consultancy in a varied regional Work Winning role, supporting the continued growth of their Scotland business across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Defence and Energy & Natural Resources.

This is not a sales or cold business development role. You'll take a leading role across Bids & Pursuits, Marketing, Communications, Campaigns and Events, working closely with senior stakeholders across the region to ensure activity is aligned with the wider regional marketing and growth strategy.

Key Duties:

• Oversee Bid & Pursuit activity across the Scotland region, supporting teams through strategic opportunities and submissions
• Coordinate regional Marketing & Communications activity, including campaigns, content and wider market engagement
• Support the planning and delivery of client and industry events across Scotland
• Work closely with Directors and senior stakeholders to support client development, key pursuits and regional growth initiatives
• Ensure Bid, Marketing and Business Development activity is aligned with the wider regional strategy
• Coordinate and manage Work Winning resources to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across the region

Experience Required:

• A background across Bids, Pursuits, Marketing, or Work Winning, ideally combining experience across more than one of these areas
• Previous experience within a Professional Services environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting senior leaders and fee-earning teams
• Experience delivering Marketing campaigns, communications and/or events alongside Work Winning activity
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities across a varied regional role
• Commutable to either the Edinburgh or Glasgow

This role would suit an established Manager or an experienced Senior Coordinator looking to step into a broader regional position with a globally recognised Professional Services business.
