Regional Director in Surrey

Location: South Coast, Surrey, Berkshire & Home Counties
Salary: £80,000 + Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Director to join a well-established contract catering company renowned for delivering fresh, food-led services across the education sector.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will lead a team of Operations Managers, oversee a large portfolio of school contracts and drive operational excellence, client retention and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Operations Managers.

• Build strong client relationships and maximise contract retention.

• Drive operational standards, food quality and service delivery.

• Manage financial performance, budgets and profitability.

• Identify opportunities for growth, innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

• Proven senior leadership experience within contract catering, ideally in education or B&I.

• Strong multi-site operational and people management skills.

• Excellent commercial acumen and financial management experience.

• A track record of client retention and operational excellence.
