Your responsibilities as Regional HR Business Partner
  • Partner with regional and dealership leadership teams to deliver commercially focused support.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Support performance management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance through organisational change, restructures, acquisitions, and business transformation projects.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance business performance.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote an inclusive, high-performing culture.
What we're looking for in a Regional HR Business Partner
  • Previous experience within a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar generalist HR position.
  • Experience supporting multiple sites within a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases and advising senior stakeholders.
  • CIPD qualification, or currently working towards one, is desirable.
Working hours
Monday to Friday. Standard business hours with regular travel across multiple sites.
