£60,000-£66,000 + Bonus (Up to 25%) + Car Allowance (£450/month) + Pension (Up to 10%) + Life Assurance

Field Based - UK Travel (Flexible UK Location, ideally, based in either North West, Midlands or Yorkshire).

Having been around for almost a century, this company have continued to grow and expand into new markets and are looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to help with their expansion. The ideal candidates will be an experience Maintenance Manager, with a background in manufacturing or production and an understanding of both mechanical and electrical maintenance.

The Role
*Regional/ National Maintenance Manager
*Overseeing the plant maintenance and schedules for multiple sites across the UK
*Leading continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reliability

The Person
*Maintenance Manager/ Regional Maintenance Manager / Area Maintenance Manager
*Experience overseeing preventative maintenance schedules
*Background working in manufacturing/ production (Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial, Steel, Heavy Industry, Oil and Gas or FMCG or similar)
*Happy to travel to sites across the UK.
