Regional Manager - Public Health & Wellbeing in Mansfield

Senior Manager - Regional Manager - Public Health, Community based integrated health & lifestyle services across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire.  Hybrid role. 

My client is a fast-growth private healthcare provider, looking for an experienced manager to oversee several teams delivering public health & wellbeing services in various community settings.  

You will oversee a number of specialist teams, each with their own service manager, across region Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire. The services include a range of integrated public health services (wellbeing, weight management, lifestyle and behaviour change, smoking cessation etc), which are reaching out into groups within the community who will greatly benefit from their services, addressing health inequalities and improving lives.  Their high-impact services are supporting both children and adults in the region. 

Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills are key to this opportunity, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing relationships with partner organisations, commissioners, the local authorites and more. 

They are already a high-performing services, which will enable you to take on a more strategic role focused on service development and growth, and instilling an innovation-focused, growth mindset within the management team. 

You will have a passion for the delivery of high quality services & influencing population health outcomes. The emphasis is on ensuring excellent levels of quality and governance, and you will be keen to further the develop and extend the services being offered. Alongside maintaining quality you will be able to monitor performance data against KPIs and contractual targets, and proactively troubleshoot where required. 

You will have an ability to identify and develop leaders of the future, fostering a culture of empowerment and building a robust, high-performing group of services poised for ongoing expansion.
