Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Regional Operations Supervisor to provide a world-class and consistent building maintenance service across a diverse property portfolio.

This role is responsible for leading the Operations & Maintenance team, ensuring maintenance activities are effectively planned, coordinated and delivered while maintaining high standards of service, compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

The position combines office-based leadership with a strong operational presence, including regular site visits, engineer audits and support activities. Based at Quarry House three days per week, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving team performance, supporting service delivery and fostering a positive health and safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Technical Services Operations & Maintenance team.
• Plan, assign and direct maintenance activities across sites.
• Recruit, train, develop and conduct appraisals for team members.
• Ensure planned maintenance activities and work orders are completed to schedule.
• Manage the inventory and storage of tools, spare parts and service equipment.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring safe site access and successful completion of works.
• Support reporting activities, equipment evaluations and the preparation of scopes of work.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, statutory and HSEQ requirements.

Person Specification

• Experience managing a team is essential.
• Experience within Facilities Management is preferred but not essential.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to lead by example and promote a positive health and safety culture.
• Experience managing maintenance operations, contractors and service delivery is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
