Are you an experienced Regional Quality Manager, Quality Manager or Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in adult social care?
We are recruiting for a Regional Quality Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, safe and compliant care across a portfolio of adult social care services throughout Norfolk and Suffolk, with some travel to other locations as required.
This is a hands-on Regional Quality Manager role, working closely with Home Managers, Service Managers and Operations teams to monitor quality, identify risks, drive compliance and support continuous improvement.
As Regional Quality Manager, you will monitor and improve quality and compliance across a range of care services, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and high standards of care are maintained.
We are looking for an experienced Regional Quality Manager, Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager or senior adult social care professional with a strong understanding of care quality and compliance.
Experience across residential care, nursing care, homecare, domiciliary care or specialist adult social care would be advantageous.
