We’re looking for a high-performing, commercially minded Regional Retail Manager to lead and inspire our field teams across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in visual merchandising, stock management
• Implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and company policies at the store level
• Recruit, mentor, and manage people processes 
• Drive sales growth, monitor KPIs

Key Skills Needed

• Management experience (marketing sector preferrable) 
• Strong commercial and data analysis abilities
• Clear communication and leadership skills
• High adaptability and willingness to travel between stores
• Confident with IT systems
