Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice (Scotland & Northern Ireland Focus)
£50,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A leading, fast-growing foodservice business is strengthening its commercial team as it continues ambitious expansion across Scotland and the Northern Ireland. This is a key field-based leadership role for a driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to win and grow customer relationships.

The business operates in a highly competitive, fast-moving environment supplying a broad range of foodservice customers. With significant growth already underway, they are now looking for a commercially sharp Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of key territory development and help accelerate market share.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across a defined regional territory, developing both new and existing foodservice accounts. This is a hands-on role combining strategic account management with active new business development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of foodservice customers across Scotland and ROI
  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities within independent and key accounts
  • Building strong relationships with chefs, buyers, and operators
  • Delivering consistent revenue growth against clear commercial targets
  • Leading by example in terms of market activity, pipeline management, and customer engagement
  • Providing insight on competitor activity and regional market trends

About You

We’re looking for someone who already understands the foodservice world and can hit the ground running.

You will likely have:

  • Proven experience in foodservice sales (essential)
  • Background in a competitor or similar wholesale / food distribution environment
  • Strong track record of winning and developing accounts
  • Natural leadership qualities with the ability to influence customers and internal teams
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with strong commercial awareness
  • Ideally experience operating across Scotland, Ireland, or wider UK regional territories
