With a strong reputation within the KBB industry, they continue to invest in product development and are looking to appoint an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the North West.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced field sales professional to take ownership of a well-established territory while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will build strong relationships with kitchen retailers, fabricators, national merchant branches, showroom managers, designers and small developers, promoting a premium product portfolio and delivering exceptional customer support.
Working autonomously, you will manage your territory, drive sales growth, deliver product presentations and training, and work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities within the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow sales across the North West territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with kitchen retailers, fabricators, merchants, designers and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities while maximising existing accounts.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations and training sessions.
- Execute regional sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage your sales pipeline, territory planning and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions and new product launches.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Represent the business professionally and act as a brand ambassador at all times.
- Proven field or regional sales experience, ideally within the KBB, kitchens, construction products or related trade sectors.
- Excellent account management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers.
- Experience managing sales territories, pipelines and forecasts.
- Confident delivering product presentations and customer training.
- Highly self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel extensively throughout the North West.
- Experience selling premium or design-led products is advantageous.
- Knowledge of kitchen or interior design trends would be beneficial.
- Business, Sales or Marketing qualification desirable, although relevant industry experience will also be considered.
- Competitive basic salary with OTE £75,000+
