Regional Service Manager - North UK

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for customer service, people development, and operational excellence?

We're looking for a Regional Service Manager to lead our Northern service operation, managing a team of Area Service Managers and driving performance across safety, customer satisfaction, service growth, and operational delivery.

What you'll do:
โœ… Champion a safety-first culture and employee wellbeing
โœ… Lead, coach and develop high-performing service teams
โœ… Drive customer service excellence and operational performance
โœ… Use data and insights to deliver business results and continuous improvement
โœ… Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
โœ… Identify and maximise service growth opportunities across the region

What we're looking for:
โœ” Proven experience leading managers and multi-site/field-based teams
โœ” Strong customer service and operational management background
โœ” Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and communication skills
โœ” Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI and SAP
โœ” Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
