About the Company
You’ll be joining a growing provider of a domiciliary support for adults and elderly in their own homes. The organisation is focused on quality, innovation, and building services that are clinically robust, compliant, and genuinely person-centred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold Registered Manager accountability for a domiciliary services, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery.
  • Grow the service and secure new contracts with the local authorities.
  • Hire carers to support the services growth.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across geographically dispersed teams, including quality assurance, governance, and on-call oversight.
  • Support service improvement and growth, working with commissioners, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop sustainable services.
About You
  • Current Registered Manager experience within domiciliary care, or community-based services.
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance frameworks across adult and children’s services.
  • Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary or remote teams within regulated care environments.
