We're recruiting for a Registered Branch Manager to oversee five established Extra Care schemes in Plymouth. Package & Benefits
- Salary of £35,000 to £37,000 per annum.

The Role
As the Registered Branch Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality care across five established Extra Care schemes.
- Recruit, manage, coach and develop a high-performing care team.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and company policies.
- Monitor branch performance, budgets and KPIs to deliver safe, effective and commercially successful services.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional standards of care and customer satisfaction.
- Support business growth while ensuring outstanding quality and regulatory performance.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager within adult social care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to domiciliary care, community care or Extra Care services.
- Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance and quality standards.
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
