Registered Building Inspector (Contract)

Contract: Long-Term Rolling Contract
Rate: £65–£75 per hour
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
Working Pattern: Hybrid

An exciting contract opportunity is available for an L2D+ Registered Building Inspector to join an established Building Control service in North London.

The successful candidate will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, with a strong emphasis on residential developments alongside a selection of commercial schemes up to Class 2D–2F. This position offers a flexible hybrid working model, with around two days per week in the office, although this can be discussed to suit the right individual.

You'll be joining a busy, well-organised team on a long-term contract with the opportunity to make an immediate impact across an active workload.
