Registered Care Manager
-Experienced Registered Care Manager of at least 2 years registered with CQC
-Registered Care Manager pure experience in Domiciliary care
-Experienced in working with Adults with learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Dual diagnosis, complex needs
-Live fairly locally and ideally drives
-You will manage a Registered care home-7 bed, based in Enfield N21
-You will also manage a Supportive living block of 9 flats: based boarder of Chingford/Epping post code E4.
-Both sites are 15 min drive apart, but not necessary to move from site to site on the same day
-Support the Team To improve on our “Good” CQC rating, and to improve on our ratings from other inspectors
-Work from either site in offices for each (not from home)
-Each site has an experienced Senior Support Worker dedicated to that particular site reporting to the Registered Care Manager.
-About 28 staff in total included part timers
-The Registered Care Manager will reports to the Director/owner
-Salary £50k + pa
-The Right person to start asap
