Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Performance Bonus (OTE up to £65,000)
Role Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a children's residential home supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities (LD).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing provider at one of their recently renovated homes. You'll lead a dedicated team, deliver outstanding care, and help children and young people develop independence, confidence, and life skills within a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day management of the children's home.

Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing staff team.

Promote a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and positive outcomes.

Build positive relationships with families, education providers, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.

Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections.

Drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest standards of care.
Essential Requirements

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).

Level 3 or Level 4 Residential Childcare qualification.

Minimum 3 years' experience within a children's residential home.

Previous Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience.

Experience supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities and additional needs.

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and Children's Homes Quality Standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
