Children's Home Manager – Burnley
Salary: £52,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Burnley, Lancashire
New home for up to five children and young people aged 8–17
Benefits

Successful Clients
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
- At least 2 years' experience in a managerial or deputy role within a children's residential setting.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and best practice in therapeutic childcare.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
