Registered Domiciliary Manager

We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the branch.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the CQC registration process.
- Grow hours through both local authority and private care packages
- Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and company standards.
- Build and develop a high-performing team of both office and care staff.
- Establish the branch as a trusted provider within the local community
- Develop processes and culture from day one
- Play a key role in the long-term success of the business
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high quality
Requirements:
- Previous management experience within domiciliary care
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements as well as experience in completing and submitting CQC registration applications
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Proven ability to grow care hours and develop business
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Evidence of growing a domiciliary care service from start up/small base
