Registered Nurse – Care Home

• Location: Dagenham, East London
• Pay Rate: £19.00–£21.00 per hour
• Hours: Full-Time, Flexibity is needed

Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for care home opportunities across Dagenham and the surrounding East London areas. We are looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Registered Nurses who have previous hands-on experience working as a Nurse within a care home or nursing home environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking for full-time, ongoing work, with regular shift opportunities available. The successful candidate must have genuine experience working as a Registered Nurse within a care home or nursing home setting. Candidates with hospital-only nursing experience will not be suitable for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents within a care home environment.
• Assess, monitor and review residents' health and wellbeing.
• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate medication records. Identify changes in residents' health and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
• Work closely with care staff, GPs, families and other healthcare professionals. Support residents with long-term conditions, dementia, complex care needs and age-related health conditions.
• Ensure safeguarding, infection prevention and control and health and safety procedures are followed.
• Promote dignity, independence, choice and person-centred care at all times.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a care home or nursing home is essential.
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Experience administering medication within a care setting.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work full-time hours.
• Right to work in the UK.
