Registered Manager – 2-Bed EBD Children’s Home

Location: Wirral, Merseyside
Salary: £53,000–£62,000
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, full-time

JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting a Registered Manager for a 2-bed EBD children’s home in the Wirral.

You will lead the service, manage and develop the staff team, maintain excellent safeguarding standards and ensure the home remains fully compliant with Ofsted requirements.

Requirements

• Experience within children’s residential care
• At least one year at senior or management level
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, or willingness to work towards it
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Package

• £53,000–£62,000 per annum
• 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays
• Permanent, full-time role
• Supportive leadership structure
