The Registered Manager Overview:
We’re working with a well-established, values-led provider who is growing at the right pace. They’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take the reins of a small residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.
This is a great opportunity to lead an established service, which is currently rated 'Good' with CQC.
If you’re currently a Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up, this is a chance to work somewhere with supportive senior leadership and progression opportunities.
The Registered Manager role:
- Lead and develop a committed team
- Ensure genuinely person-centred support
- Maintain and build on Good CQC standards
- Working closely with senior leadership who are supportive, visible and realistic
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism within a residential care setting
- Have managed or supported services through successful CQC inspections
- Are already a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready for progression
- Hold (or are working towards) a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Lead with warmth, common sense and clear communication
- Believe great care starts with great leadership
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000
