The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a successful domiciliary care company based in LE4. The organisation has been operating for over 10 years and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious care professional who is ready to progress into their first Registered Manager position, as well as experienced Registered Managers looking for a new challenge.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running and continued development of the domiciliary care service.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the overall management and operation of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
• Leading, supporting and developing a team of care professionals.
• Ensuring care plans, risk assessments and service user records are maintained and regularly reviewed.
• Supporting with recruitment, induction, training and staff development.
• Building positive relationships with service users, families and external healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safeguarding and compliance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve and develop the service.
• Taking responsibility for the smooth and effective running of the service.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who are either already working at Registered Manager level or are ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager position.

You may currently be working as a:

• Deputy Manager
• Care Manager
• Assistant Manager
• Team Leader
• Senior Care Coordinator
• Experienced Senior Care Professional

To be successful, you should have:

• Experience within domiciliary care or a similar adult social care setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A good understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The confidence and ambition to take on greater responsibility.
• A passion for delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for service users.
• A willingness to learn, develop and progress within the role.

Previous Registered Manager experience is desirable but not essential, making this an excellent opportunity for a strong Deputy Manager or experienced care professional who is ready for the next stage of their career.
