Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and oversee our domiciliary care service in Brighton.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate care professional who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring the highest standards of compliance, safeguarding and service delivery.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service. You will lead and support a dedicated team of care professionals while ensuring the service consistently meets the needs of the people we support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
• Lead, motivate and develop the care team
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and staff performance
• Complete and maintain care plans, risk assessments and audits
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed effectively
• Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
• Monitor quality of care and drive continuous improvement
• Manage staffing, rotas and service delivery effectively
• Prepare for and support CQC inspections

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a domiciliary care service
• Has a strong understanding of CQC requirements
• Is confident leading and developing a team
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is passionate about providing outstanding care
• Can demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Is committed to safeguarding and person-centred care
• Ideally has experience as a Registered Manager or is ready to step into a registered management role
