Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Brighton
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and oversee our domiciliary care service in Brighton.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate care professional who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring the highest standards of compliance, safeguarding and service delivery.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service. You will lead and support a dedicated team of care professionals while ensuring the service consistently meets the needs of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Lead, motivate and develop the care team
- Oversee recruitment, induction, training and staff performance
- Complete and maintain care plans, risk assessments and audits
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed effectively
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
- Monitor quality of care and drive continuous improvement
- Manage staffing, rotas and service delivery effectively
- Prepare for and support CQC inspections
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing a domiciliary care service
- Has a strong understanding of CQC requirements
- Is confident leading and developing a team
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is passionate about providing outstanding care
- Can demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Is committed to safeguarding and person-centred care
- Ideally has experience as a Registered Manager or is ready to step into a registered management role
