Registered Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of an established domiciliary care service.
- Managing and developing the office and care teams, promoting a positive culture while ensuring strong performance, accountability and continuity of care.
- Maintaining high standards of CQC compliance, governance and quality assurance.
- Managing the delivery and mobilisation of commissioned care packages, including hospital discharge packages.
- Ensuring staffing levels and operational processes support the safe and effective delivery of care.
- Taking a hands-on approach and supporting the wider team when required.
- Building strong relationships with commissioners, healthcare professionals and other external stakeholders to support the continued growth and development of the service.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care, overseeing a service of a comparable size and scale.
- Confident managing and developing an established office and care team.
- Strong operational leadership skills with a hands-on management style.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
