Ready to lead an established specialist service? Forest Care Selection is seeking a Registered Manager for a learning disability service in the Keighley area, with a national specialist provider.
Lead an established team delivering specialist care and support to people with autism—and keep driving standards forward.
Your role
- Run the established service, maintaining statutory and regulatory compliance while overseeing recruitment, training and administration.
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and families.
- Use effective auditing to drive continuous improvement across the service.
What you’ll bring
- Experience holding registration for community care or supported living services.
- A track record of developing services to Good ratings.
- Experience leading specialist learning disability or autism services.
- A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent leadership qualification.
