Registered Manager / Experienced Deputy– Elderly Care Home | Birmingham

Salary: £60,000 per annum

Qualification: NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

HTH Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established elderly care home in Birmingham.

We are looking for a strong and experienced care professional who can take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, lead the team effectively and ensure residents receive a high standard of care and support.

About the Home

The home provides care and support for elderly residents within a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.

The successful Registered Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards across the service, ensuring regulatory compliance and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager who has:

• Previous management experience within an elderly residential or nursing care home
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Experience leading, managing and developing care teams
• A Level 4/5 qualification in Health & Social Care or relevant equivalent
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care planning and quality assurance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A genuine commitment to providing high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for residents

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of the care home and day-to-day operations
• Ensuring the home remains compliant with CQC regulations and legislation
• Leading, supporting and developing the care team
• Maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding
• Managing care plans, audits and quality assurance processes
• Working closely with families, professionals and external agencies
• Supporting recruitment, induction and staff development
• Managing budgets and resources effectively
• Driving continuous improvement across the service
