We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Registered Manager position to lead a well-established 3-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in the BS26 area.

- On-Call Payments
- £10 per day (Monday–Friday)
- £50 per day (Saturday & Sunday)
- Occupancy Bonus
- £175 per child after the first placement
- Up to £350 per month in a fully occupied 3-bed home

Candidate Requirements
- Experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager seeking progression
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a senior management position within Children's Residential Care
- Proven experience working within or managing Children's Residential Homes
- Demonstrable track record of contributing to Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections (inspection reports under previous Registered Managers will be considered for Deputy Managers)
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- Hold or be actively working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations and quality standards
- Must be willing to travel to Dove's Head Office in Pontefract for management meetings and interviews
- Must live within a commutable distance of the home
- Any previous disciplinaries or failed fit-person applications must be declared
- Salary expectations should be in line with the advertised package and reflective of experience and knowledge
