We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Registered Manager position to lead a well-established 3-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in the BS26 area.

    • £1,000 for an ‘Outstanding’ inspection
    • £500 for a ‘Good’ inspection
  • On-Call Payments
    • £10 per day (Monday–Friday)
    • £50 per day (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Occupancy Bonus
    • £175 per child after the first placement
    • Up to £350 per month in a fully occupied 3-bed home

Candidate Requirements

  • Experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager seeking progression
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a senior management position within Children's Residential Care
  • Proven experience working within or managing Children's Residential Homes
  • Demonstrable track record of contributing to Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections (inspection reports under previous Registered Managers will be considered for Deputy Managers)
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
  • Hold or be actively working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
  • Excellent understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations and quality standards
  • Must be willing to travel to Dove's Head Office in Pontefract for management meetings and interviews
  • Must live within a commutable distance of the home
  • Any previous disciplinaries or failed fit-person applications must be declared
  • Salary expectations should be in line with the advertised package and reflective of experience and knowledge
