You’ll be joining an organisation that values clinical excellence, strong governance, and decisive leadership, offering a total package of £110,000 (basic salary TBD).

About the Role:
As the Clinical Registered Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and compliant operation of the home, ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care. * Develop and deliver service improvement plans, driving continuous quality enhancement and innovation in care delivery.
* Oversee staff recruitment, induction, rota management, and workforce planning to ensure safe staffing levels and skill mix.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, supervision, and coaching to build a high-performing, accountable team.
* Analyse key performance indicators, audits, and incident reports, taking decisive action to address issues and drive improvements.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, external professionals, and regulators, acting as the primary point of contact for the home.

Key Requirements:
* Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within a care home or clinical setting.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading teams through change.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance within adult social care.
* Demonstrable experience in safeguarding, risk assessment, and incident management.
* Evidence of effective strategic planning and service development in a care or healthcare environment.
* Experience in staff recruitment, retention, and performance management.
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritisation skills in a complex, fast-paced setting.

Desirable Skills:
* Experience managing services during acquisition, merger, or major organisational change.
* Background in turning around underperforming services or improving CQC ratings.
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills to support evidence-based decision making.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, commissioners, and other external stakeholders.
* Advanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and project management.

Qualifications:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN – required.
